What better place to make that needed pivot in your personal life than in paradise? We can’t wait to host you on this beautiful private estate, just steps from the ocean. Beautiful ocean views, a sprawling green lawn, open floor plan, shaded porch, and water sport equipment, there may not be a need to leave the house! There’s nothing like beautiful sunsets, ocean breeze, and good company to spark new inspiration. We hope you find that peace of self care you’ve been missing while here on the Island of Kauai.

Nutritious Meals

One of the easiest (and most enjoyable) ways to get ideas for healthy meals is to EAT them! You’ll feel inspired all weekend with the delicious and nourishing meals prepared by our chef and you will learn how to make them too. The foods and flavors are so amazing, you won’t believe what you’re eating is actually good for you!


Our all-inclusive rates cover everything you need for an amazing weekend: Accommodations, meals, workshops, activities, and one-on-one sessions.

1 PM – 2:30 PM Stress Management Workshop: Is Your Brain Ruling You?
2:30 PM – 4 PM Microbiome Workshop: Could Your Gut Be Holding You Back?

4:30 PM – 5:30 PM HIIT Workout or Group Discussion

7 PM DINNER — Lemon tumeric chicken and cauliflower rice
8 PM – 10 PM Downtime and optional group activities
10:30 PM – 11 PM Independent sleep hygiene (journaling, planning, relaxation techniques)

The retreat was a chance for me to “zoom out” and instead of going through the motions—I’m always busy; I’m a mom of three—learning how to be in the moment was a BIG “aha” moment for me. The hike was my favorite thing. Overall it was a great balance between relaxing and some challenges.
