Feedback Session
A 60 minute follow-up session that identifies:

  • Personal strengths to leverage
  • Beliefs, habits, and patterns that could be holding you back from advanced health
  • Research-based health/habit recommendations specific to your lifestyle, needs, and level of readiness
  • Referrals to trusted, premier professionals (when necessary) who can meet your exact needs we’ve identified

  • Collaborative problem solving to overcome inevitable obstacles

  • Individualized guidance on nutrition, workouts, sleep, and stress management
  • Habit tracking and pattern analysis that creates insight around areas of difficulty

8 Weekly Strategy Sessions
30 minute follow-up meetings that provide all of the elements of the ADAPT plan, but with additional time that prepares you to:

  • Establish your own system of accountability tactics so you preserve your gains
  • Practice problem solving so you can more effectively resist getting thrown off course
  • Familiarize yourself with your own mental barriers and learn how to handle them
  • Use guidance on nutrition, workouts, sleep, and stress to fine-tune your habits and iron out any issues
  • Leverage everything you’ve learned about yourself to continue making positive change
